1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LizMove’s platform, mobile app, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

LizMove is a logistics and delivery marketplace platform connecting individuals and businesses with courier partners for medical deliveries, groceries, documents, and packages.

3. User Obligations

You agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
• Not to misuse the platform for illegal purposes.
• To comply with all applicable Portuguese and EU laws.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation.
• Prices may include VAT as required by Portuguese law.
• Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are available by the Consumer Protection Law (Decreto-Lei nº 24/2014) within 14 days for digital services, if not yet performed. For physical deliveries, refunds or compensation may be offered for proven delivery failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

LizMove is a platform. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers unless proven negligent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on LizMove are protected by Portuguese and EU intellectual property laws.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise agreed.
